Where we ship
We ship to all 50 states. Large appliances (refrigerators, freezers, washers, dryers and TVs 75 inches and larger) are delivered in the contiguous United States only. We do not ship to P.O. boxes.
Small items: TVs under 75″, laptops, phones and vacuums

Large appliance delivery
Refrigerators, freezers, washers, dryers and large TVs are delivered by a two-person crew in a 4-hour window you choose at checkout, usually 3–7 business days after you order. We call the day before to confirm.
- Curbside delivery: free on appliances over $399.
- Delivery to the room of your choice: $49.
- Installation of a washer, electric dryer or refrigerator with a water line: $99–$149. Gas dryers are connected by a licensed technician.
- Haul-away of your old appliance: $25 per item.
Before delivery, measure doorways, hallways and stairs: the appliance plus its packaging must fit through, and refrigerator doors may need to come off. Our crew can remove and reinstall doors if needed.
Tracking your order
As soon as your order ships, you get an email with a tracking number. You can also follow the status in My account → Orders.
Damaged or missing items
Please inspect large appliances before the crew leaves and note any damage on the delivery receipt. For parcels, report damage or missing items within 48 hours of delivery and we will send a replacement or issue a refund.
