Demo store. Veera Demo Store is not a real shop: orders are not processed, charged or shipped. This page shows how a typical US electronics retailer describes its policy, so you can see how Veera Search and the Veera assistant answer questions about it.
30-day returns
Most products can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or an exchange. Items should be in their original condition and packaging, with all accessories, manuals and remote controls.
Exceptions
- Smartphones: 14 days from delivery. Phones must be unlocked, signed out of all accounts and reset to factory settings.
- Large appliances: 15 days from delivery. Unused appliances in the original packaging are picked up free; opened or installed appliances may be subject to a 15% restocking fee.
- Damaged on arrival: report within 48 hours and we replace the item or refund it in full, with no restocking fee.
- Opened software and gift cards cannot be returned.
How to start a return
- Go to My account → Orders and choose the order.
- Select the items, tell us why you are returning them and print the prepaid label.
- Drop the package off with the carrier. For large appliances, we schedule a pickup.
Refunds
Refunds go back to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after we receive the item. Shipping charges are refunded only if the item arrived damaged or we made a mistake.
