Is this a real store?
No. Veera Demo Store is a demo of Veera Search for WooCommerce. Orders are not processed, nothing is charged and nothing is shipped.
Do you ship to my state?
We ship small items to all 50 states. Large appliances and TVs 75 inches and larger are delivered in the contiguous United States only. See Shipping & Delivery.
How much does shipping cost?
Standard shipping is free on orders of $35 or more and $5.99 otherwise. Expedited shipping is $14.99 and next-day shipping is $24.99. Curbside delivery of appliances over $399 is free.
Can you deliver and install my new refrigerator or washer?
Yes. Delivery to the room of your choice is $49 and installation is $99–$149, depending on the appliance. Gas dryers are connected by a licensed technician.
Will you haul away my old appliance?
Yes, for $25 per item, when we deliver the new one.
How do I return an item?
Most items can be returned within 30 days, smartphones within 14 days and large appliances within 15 days. Start a return in My account → Orders. See Returns & Exchanges.
Are the smartphones unlocked?
Yes. Every phone we sell is unlocked and works with AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon and most prepaid carriers.
Does a TV come with a wall mount?
TVs come with a stand or feet and a remote. Wall mounts are sold separately; most TVs use a standard VESA mounting pattern.
What warranty do products have?
Every product has the manufacturer’s warranty, usually 1 year parts and labor. Refrigerators usually cover the sealed system for 5 years. See Warranty.
Can I pick up my order in a store?
No, we are an online-only store with no physical locations.
Which payment methods do you accept?
This demo has a single method, “Demo order (no payment)”, and never charges anything. A real store would accept cards, digital wallets and PayPal.
Do you price match?
Not in this demo store.
How does the search understand typos and plain language?
The search on this site is Veera Search. It corrects misspellings, understands model numbers and recognizes sizes, prices, colors and brands in a query, for example “65 inch tv under 600”.
